Butserfest logoButserfest is a music festival for young people organised by East Hampshire District Council and held at Queen Elizabeth Country Park, near Petersfield.

It is aimed at 14-20 year olds (although older and younger people are permitted entry) and is an alcohol and drug free event.

The festival also gives local and young bands an opportunity to play alongside nationally known ones. Headliners so far have been:

  • 2013 - We Are The Ocean
  • 2012 - Kids In Glass Houses
  • 2011 - Funeral For A Friend

  • 2009 - The Blackout
  • 2008 - You Me At Six
  • 2007 - Elliot Minor

The day includes free fun activities like bungee runs, wall climbing and spray art workshops.

You can book tickets online from the Butserfest website. If you can’t book online then from Monday 8th August, you can make card payment for Buterfest tickets over the phone and we will post them to you, or you can pop in and buy tickets at Penns Place in Petersfield.
