A new business led partnership serving businesses in East Hampshire.
Business EastHants was established in November 2009 as an active approach to help mitigate the impact of the economic down turn and prepare for local businesses for recovery. The Partnership is business-led with a private sector Chair and a Steering Group comprising local businesses, representatives from business organisations and support organisations.
The Partnership’s roles include: identifying economic and business needs and take appropriate action and engaging the business community in developing and supporting economic growth and prosperity of the District.
The Partnership provides representation and serves as a voice for the business community, enabling them to take collective action e.g. influencing policy. It also provides an avenue for exchanging ideas.
Business EastHants Steering Group looks forward to working with businesses in taking forward the Partnership’s Action plan and in identifying and addressing the needs of the business community.
