East Hampshire Commercial Property Register
The East Hampshire Economic Development Office, with the co-operation of local commercial property agents, has compiled a register of available commercial properties in the East Hants area. This register is offered free of charge to local companies, new business start-ups and potential investors. The list does not claim to be comprehensive, but is intended as a guide to availability, tenure and cost of properties for lease or sale, at the time of publication in East Hampshire.
The register compiles a list of known commercial properties according to four main categories:
- Industrial, Warehouse and Storage
- Office and Light Industrial
- Retail
- General - this includes investment opportunities.
It gives details of main town, address, property type, floorspace, letting and/or purchase costs, and handling agent. We are grateful to all the commercial agents who have assisted in the development of this property register.
