East Hampshire Commercial Property Register
The East Hampshire Economic Development Office, with the co-operation of local commercial property agents, has compiled a register of available commercial properties in the East Hants area.
This register is offered free of charge to local companies, new business start-ups and potential investors. The list does not claim to be comprehensive, but is intended as a guide to availability, tenure and cost of properties for lease or sale, at the time of publication in East Hampshire.
The Register compiles a list of known commercial properties according to four main categories - Industrial, Warehouse, Office and Retail. It gives details of main town, address, property type, floorspace, letting and/or purchase costs, and handling agent. The Council is grateful to all the commercial agents who have assisted in the development of this property register.
Further information about specific premises can be obtained from the agent on request. A directory of active local agents is available at the end of the commercial property register.
