    Getting active in East Hampshire

    Walking to Health Picture‘More people, more active, more often’

    We are striving to encourage residents to get more active, more often and participate in at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity on most, if not all days of the week.

    We are a member of the Get Active East Hampshire Partnership which is one of 10 Sport and Physical Activity Alliances - SPAA (Community Sports Networks, Sport England 2007) across Hampshire.

    Each SPAA is made up of a number of partner organisations working to promote locally available physical activity, sport and leisure opportunities and develop new and exciting initiatives and facilities where appropriate.
