    Transparency is one of the underlying principles of the Part IIA regulatory regime. It is vital that the public, landowners, developers and potential purchasers can gain clear and accurate information relating to the state of the land.
     
    Currently, East Hampshire District Council does not have any entries on its Contaminated land Strategy.
