    At present, there are no permitted sites for Travellers to stop on or use when in "transit".

    Attached below is the Council's policy on dealing with illegal encampments of Travellers

    East Hampshire DC work with all the other local authorities within Hampshire and with Hampshire County Council to deal with illegal encampments and to seek ways to reduce such problems. Click here for further details of the work of Hampshire County Council on illegal encampments.
