Accumulations

The pollution team can sometimes deal with accumulations of waste on private land, but are not able to take action in every case.

Action can be taken if the accumulation of waste is likely to cause a nuisance to people within the area or if it is likely to attract or give harbourage to rodents.

Action is not usually possible if the material is inert or is simply unsightly.
