*This rate is available only to the occupier.
**Only applicable where either
- Proof of receipt of Council Tax Benefit can be shown.
- The occupier is exempted from having to pay Council Tax and is in one of the following categories:
- The residential premises are occupied only by students
- A residential premises are occupied only by persons under the age of 18 years
- The residential premises are occupied only by person(s) who is (are) severely mentally impaired within the meaning given in the Local Government Finance Act 1992 and who would have been the person(s) liable to make payment of the Council Tax
****Treatment for other insect pests may be carried out at the discretion of EHDC. Bookings for insect treatment other than for fleas will be subject to confirmation by the Pest Management Officer.
