Planning applications can be easily submitted and paid for online through the Planning Portal which eliminates the need to supply paper copies of documentation. You can also complete part of an application online and submit the remainder by post.

Advice notes
For most building work, you will need Building Regulations approval in addition to planning permission and we advise you to check with Building Control staff (01730 234207) when drawing up your planning application.
Please be aware that all application documentation will be available for public inspection and on the Council's website but signatures on forms ARE NOT published.
