The teams in this cluster of services will ensure that the resources, services and supply chains of the organisations are developed, maintained and deployed efficiently. The teams will take a proactive and predictive approach to planning the way the organisations operate efficiently and effectively in their role supporting and serving the communities on a daily basis.

Service Managers for Governance and Logistics
Property – Jon Sanders
The lead property professional, advising JMT on all matters of property, estates and facilities management to underpin corporate objectives.
Provision of advice for both councils on strategic property matters.
Finance – Rob Chambers
The lead finance professional, advising JMT on all financial matters to underpin corporate objectives.
Provision of advice for both councils on finance matters including financial strategy accounting and financial management. Act as the Deputy S151 Officer for both councils.
Legal and Democratic – Jo Barden-Hernandez
Provision of advice to both councils on legal matters including ensuring lawfulness and fairness of decision making and advising on the scope and powers of the councils. Act as the Monitoring Officer for both councils and
Returning Officer for one of the councils (if required). The lead legal and democratic services professional, advising JMT on all matters of legal and democratic services activity to underpin corporate objectives.
Revenues and Benefits – Mike Ball
Provision of advise for both councils on strategic matters relating to revenues and benefits services. Act as the client for outsourced revenues and benefits services.
