EHDC car parks - Blue Badge

blue badgeIf you need a disabled person's parking permit, you need to apply to Hampshire County Council's Blue Badge Unit.

A Blue Badge entitles the holder to a range of local parking benefits. These benefits may be:

    • free parking at parking meters
    • use of designated parking spaces
    • in some circumstances parking on single or double yellow lines.

The scheme applies to badge holders as drivers or when being carried as a passenger.

Badges are valid for a period of three years. At the end of this period you will need to reapply.
