Economic Development Office

The Economic Development Office provides essential support to East Hampshire's business community and is determined to increase the awareness of the district as a business-friendly location. The Office concentrates on four main areas: Business Development, Tourism Promotion, Rural Economy and Partnership Building.

Among the main responsibilities of the office we find the following:

• Economic development in action: Business Advice & Support, Grants, news, 
  events and Business facts, Business Directory.
• Profile of the district: demographics, economic indicators, business rates, regulatory services.
• Tourism in East Hampshire: Tourism action plan, newsletter, business support.                           
• Publications: Business Newsletter & Commercial Property Register
