Democracy Pages - Agendas
Agendas set out information on where the committee meeting is going to be held, the date and time of the meeting, which Councillors sit on that particular committee and what items will be considered at the meeting.
Reports setting out the issues for the Councillors to consider will also be attached. Reports which require Councillors to make a decision will recommend a certain course of action. These recommendations, together with any financial implications, are set out in a box on the front page of the report.
When can I get an agenda?
Copies of the agenda are usually available five working days (a calendar week) before the date of the meeting.
