 EAST HAMPSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL FORWARD PLAN

The Forward Plan details the matters which the Leader of the Council has reason to believe will be the subject of both ‘key’ and other decisions to be taken by the Cabinet in the course of the discharge of an executive function, during the period covered by the plan.

The Plan also lists those decisions to be made by EHDC’s other decision making bodies, including full Council, which agrees the budgetary and policy framework.

A key decision means an executive decision which is likely:-

(a) to result in the Council incurring expenditure or making savings which amount to either £25,000 or 25% (whichever is the larger) of the budget for the service or function to which the decision relates; or

(b) to be significant in terms of its effect on communities living or working in an area comprising two or more wards within the district of East Hampshire.

NOTE: This Forward Plan is a rolling programme of all decisions to be made.
