Teachers' Pack 2008
This is a downloadable teachers' resource which teachers and support staff recieve when they attend the event. The pack gives information provided by the agencies that attend each year and suggests activities to reinforce the Think Safe! message when children are back in the classroom.
New for 2008
The Safety Education Group in Hampshire have produced a CD which will be passed to schools in the course of the 2009 event . This CD will back up the current Teachers Resource and provide links to the Think safe web site, helping to keep teachers and support staff better informed.
Schools evaluation form
We encourage both teachers, support staff and pupils to provide feedback on the event, so that we can continue to improve the service we provide. Additonally, we would like to hear about children who have used the knowledge they gained from Think Safe! to save their own lives, the lives of others, or if they were able to teach members of their family something they didn't already know.
Think Safe! 2008 invite
The Think Safe! 2008 invite will be available for download in January 2008. Places fill up extremely quickly so please ensure we recieve your invitation as soon as possible. Unfortunately Think Safe! is only available to Year 6 children in the East Hampshire District Council area. If your school is not situated in this district but you would like your pupils to attend a similar event, please contact your local council to find out whether they provide a similar service.
