2. Winchester City Council (Part)
3. New Forest District Council (Part)
4. East Hampshire District Council (Part)
5. Test Valley Borough Council (Part)
The South Hampshire Strategic Housing Market is made up of all of the following Local Authority areas:
1. Eastleigh Borough Council
2. Fareham Borough Council
3. Gosport Borough Council
4. Havant Borough Council
5. Southampton City Council
6. Portsmouth City Council
And parts of:

These will inform Local Development Frameworks and will update some of the Housing Needs Survey data. The demand and supply of all housing tenures will be investigated. This will lead to a greater understanding of housing markets, to help inform policies.
The reports are updated on an annual basis.
