    Home Renewal Loans

    LOANS ARE CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE DUE TO FINANCIAL CONSTRAINTS.

    Interest free loans are available to home owners living in the East Hampshire District in order to remove hazards from homes and to bring empty properties back into use. Currently there are two loans available from East Hampshire District Council:


    • The Home Improvement Loan
    • The Empty Home Loan
