Customer Feedback on our Disabled Facilities Grants
We have for a number of years sent out feedback forms to all our customers on completion of a Disabled Facilities Grant. We are pleased to say that nearly all replies are very positive. The manager personally calls anyone who indicates that they were not completely satisfied with any aspect of the process or works. The manager will then see if there is anything we can do to correct that problem and to prevent it from happening again.
