HOLYBOURNE AND FROYLE DISTRICT COUNCIL BY-ELECTION

The by-election, held on October 9, was won by Conservative Candidate Glynis Patricia Watts, Farnham, Surrey who is the new District Councillor for the Holybourne and Froyle Ward.

There was a 35.57% turnout, with Glynis Patricia Watts (The Conservative Party Candidate) polling 424 votes, and Dean Phillips (Liberal Democrat) polling 352 votes.
