Planning - Developer Contributions
If your proposal is for one or more dwellings, we are likely to seek a financial contribution to do things like create more open space or educational facilities within the relevant parish.
We are also likely to want financial contributions for affordable housing, transport improvements and other relevant matters, should they be necessary.
These planning obligations for developers are also known as Section 106 agreements and an administrative charge is also payable for each agreement.
We will ask for contributions for educational requirements for applications in the parishes of Bramshott and Liphook, Medstead and Four Marks.
Please note this does not apply to one-for-one replacement dwellings.
When submitting planning applications, please note that our Legal Services Team will charge a fee for checking of unilateral undertakings submitted with planning applications.
Contributions for Environmental Improvements
In April 2009 an additional developer contribution of £500 per dwelling for Environmental Improvements came into effect. This was agreed at Council in February 2009.
This additional contribution applies to all applications for dwellings.
Please see charge sheet below.
