25. Useful supporting information – application for approval of details reserved by condition (discharge of planning condition)

You may prefer to submit a planning application online. Applications can easily be submitted through the Planning Portal.

    
• Completed form (1 original + 3 copies to be supplied unless the application is submitted electronically)    
• A plan which identifies the land to which the application relates drawn to an identified scale and showing the direction of North (4 copies to be supplied unless the application is submitted electronically)    
• A copy of other plans and drawings or information necessary to describe the subject of the application (4 copies to be supplied unless the application is submitted electronically)    
• The appropriate fee  THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO CONDITIONS ATTACHED TO ADVERTISEMENT, LISTED BUILDING OR CONSERVATION AREA CONSENTS
