Application forms
Scroll down the page and from the list of forms below, choose the appropriate one for your proposal. Each has a link to a page with downloadable versions of:
- the relevant application form
- government guidance sheet for completing the form
- checklist of national and local requirements to complete and return with your application
You will need to print the application form and checklist, complete them and return with the required information and fee to Planning Services at East Hampshire District Council.
If you believe you do not need to provide elements of the required information, you should state your reasons on the checklist.
Note: If you are submitting an application where the owner is not the applicant or the ownership of the land is unknown, you will need to download and complete one of the notices below:
Notice No 1 - to be downloaded, completed and sent to owner(s), where the applicant is not the owner of the land. Complete Certificate B on the application form
Notice No 2 - to be downloaded and published in the local press, where the owner of the land is not known. Complete Certificate C or D on the application form
Planning Portal
It is recommended that you send your application electronically through the Planning Portal, but it is still possible to submit a paper-based application if you need to.
