Annual Monitoring Report
We are required to produce an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) for the Secretary of State, to show our progress towards producing various planning documents and the extent to which the policies set out in the documents are being achieved.
The latest Annual Monitoring Report, which covered the period 1 April 2010 to 31 March 2011, was submitted to CLG (Communities and Local Government) in December 2011.
The East Hampshire District Local Plan: Second Review will be a ‘saved’ plan until replaced by the Joint Core Strategy and subsequent documents. This monitoring report therefore reviews the polices of the Second Review Local Plan.
