Development Briefs
The aim of the Development Briefs is to give guidance on development on specific sites.
They show which policies of the Local Plan apply to each specific site.
Development Briefs are normally prepared in consultation with the public and where appropriate, the developer. When the briefs have been through public consultation and then been adopted by us, the developer will be expected to submit a planning application which takes them into account.
