Landowner Sites - Sites submitted to the Council by landowners as having potential for housing.
Refused Sites - Sites refused planning permission for housing that may still have potential for housing development.
Omission Sites – Sites that were omitted as housing allocations in the draft second review of the local plan but were requested by landowners to be included in the final adopted second review of the local plan.
Draft Second Review Sites - Sites allocated in the draft second review of the local plan but were not included in the final adopted second review of the local plan.
