The council manages 34 car parks in the district. It is free to park in most council car parks but charges are made at the 12 town centre car parks in Petersfield and Alton.

You can buy a ticket each time you use these car parks, or purchase an annual or six monthly season ticket.

Parking tickets

You can pay a parking ticket (or standard charge notice) issued by the council: 

• Online
• By post, by cheque or postal order ( the address is on the reverse of the parking ticket)
• In person, at the reception desk at EHDC,Penns Place,Petersfield, GU31 4EX.
• On the telephone, 01730 234274

Non-payment of a fine could result in court proceedings to recover the debt.
