Alcohol and entertainment licences (Dance licence)
You need a licence from the council to sell or supply alcohol, as well as to provide entertainment, music, dancing, theatre, cinema, indoor sporting events, hot food or drink after 11pm.
Under the Licensing Act 2003 the law changed quite substantially in this area and as well as affecting the many businesses which provide these services in the district, it has also meant changes for voluntary and charitable organisations as well.
