- NHS Every Mind Matters gives you a free mind plan with tips and advice
- The Samaritans can help with mental health and emotional support
- The British Legion supports members and veterans of the armed forces and their families
- Rethink has lots of information and advice about mental health
- The East Hants Primary Care Network provides a range of local providers including primary care, community services and social care.
