East Hampshire Dementia Festival

Learn to live well with dementia.

If you need help, advice or support on any aspect of dementia, this event is for you.

It is a free, drop-in event offering services guidance and training useful to those living with dementia or to those who care for loved ones with dementia.

The event is being organised by East Hampshire District Council and Dementia Friendly and will be held at Petersfield Festival Hall, GU31 4EA, on Friday 8 April 2022, from 10am-4pm.

You can register to attend, for free and without obligation at our Eventbrite website. Once registered you will receive updates and information in advance of the event.

Opened by Damian Hinds MP, a strong supporter of Dementia Friendly training, the list of attractions include:

  • Dementia Friends training
  • Solicitor’s advice
  • A Memory Café serving free refreshments
  • Nostalgic music with ‘Tea for Two’
  • Petersfield Dementia Friendly Choir
  • A stall market from 30+ organisations offering support and information
