Rural Areas Play Project (RAPP)

Rural Areas Play Project (RAPP) was established in 2006, providing play activities for children and young people in rural areas of East Hampshire during school holidays.

Winning both national and regional awards for its innovative approach to promoting children’s health & wellbeing, RAPP has grown and developed to meet the needs of the growing population.

RAPP offers a variety of play sessions for 4-12 year olds and cost £6 per session per child (unless otherwise stated).

Get Activ8d

In 2008 Get Activ8d was introduced to get children and young people physically active and trying new sports.

The project aims to work with local sports coaches and groups to encourage new junior members to their clubs. Activities have ranged from archery, climbing, pro-jumping, basketball and much more.

Get Activ8d sessions are for 8-12 year olds and costs £6–£25 depending on the activity.

RAPP+

The latest addition to the team is RAPP+. This project is aimed at the older ages and provides specialist sessions including cooking, drama, afterschool clubs and much more.

Parents can drop their child off and know they are in a safe, secure and welcoming environment.

RAPP+ offers specialized sessions for 8-12 year olds and costs £20 per day.

Rascals - term time

RASCALS is an afterschool club run for the children of Selborne CofE Primary School where they take part in craft, sport, games and free play. The cost is £10 per session.
