Both East Hampshire District Council (EHDC) and Havant Borough Council (HBC) share a Management Team to manage services for their residents and external organisations.

The Chief Executive and Executive Directors provide strategic direction to the councils and three interlinking directorates, namely Commercial, Strategy & Governance and Operations. Commercial delivery is at the core of how our services are delivered to our customers. In addition to service provision, the portfolios additionally address income generation, commissioning, asset management and trading.

Heads of Service provide the relevant lead and experience to deliver outcomes for our customers.
