Developer contributions

Developer contributions are financial and non-financial contributions made by developers to support development. They can be used to fund infrastructure, affordable housing, and other works.

Section 106 agreements

S106 contributions may be sought in addition to CIL where site specific measures are required to make a development acceptable.
