Everyone Active’s health and wellbeing physical activity service provides an opportunity for individuals to access a high-quality supervised exercise programme.

The service is designed to provide professional support for people who suffer from, or are at risk of developing, chronic medical conditions. Also, people whose health and wellbeing will benefit from a more active lifestyle.

What’s involved in the health and wellbeing programme?

We provide support, advice, and encouragement from our fully qualified exercise professionals. They will design and guide you through your own personal exercise plan depending upon your medical conditions and abilities.

Activities include;

  • Gym-based exercise*
  • Group fitness classes*
  • Swimming*
  • Water-based activities e.g. aqua fit*
  • Participation in activities are dependent on your medical condition(s)

Those in receipt of the following benefits can access the service for free for 6 months:

  • Income support
  • Job seekers allowance
  • Pension credit
  • Housing benefit
  • Universal credit
  • Council tax benefit
  • Employment support


  • Disability allowance
  • Personal independence payment

If you are not in receipt of any of the listed exemptions, our are registered with any of the Swan Medical group surgeries this includes The Swan surgery in Petersfield, Liphook Village Surgery or the Liphook & Liss surgeries based in Liphook or Liss, you can access your first three 1-2-1 sessions for free. The following prices then apply.

  • Alton Sports Centre £29.98 per month
  • Taro Leisure Centre £22.49 per month
  • Whitehill & Bordon Leisure Centre £29.98 per month

How can I join the health and wellbeing programme?

You can be referred by a health professional such as a GP/Practice Nurse/Physiotherapist.

You can refer yourself; we may require further information from a health professional to certify you are safe to exercise.

Cardiac Rehab Centre

The Cardiac Rehab Centre offers a range of different ways to exercise to provide heart health, fitness, balance, and wellbeing.

Cardiac Rehab provide specialist exercise-based rehabilitation for people recovering from heart attacks, cardiac or circulatory surgery or have long-term, stable heart or pulmonary diseases.
