Medstead unauthorised development update
Following caravans moving on to a site at the junction of Abbey Road and Wivelrod Road, Medstead, EHDC officers have been working to prevent further damage to the site by taking legal action through the High Court.
A Temporary Stop Notice has already been served on the site and injunction papers are being served ahead of a High Court hearing on a date to be allocated by the court.
EHDC is committed to protecting our countryside and communities from unauthorised development and will take robust action to do so where it is necessary.
