Gender pay gap report

We are required by law to publish an annual gender pay gap report and show gender pay gap information for a period of at least three years.

This is our report for the snapshot dates of 31 March 2020, 31 March 2021 and 31 March 2022.

31 March 2022

  • The mean gender pay gap was 19.17% in favour of women.
  • The median gender pay gap was 12.29% in favour of women.

The figures set out above have been calculated using the standard methodologies as set out in the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.

The next annual report is due by March 2024 for the snapshot date of 31 March 2023.
