How to have your say on a licensing application
Any person or authority wishing to make a representation on a licensing application must do so in writing to the Licensing Office, EHDC, PO Box 310, Petersfield, GU32 9HN by no later than 28 days from the date of notice.
Written representations can also be sent by email to licensing@easthants.gov.uk
Representations must be under one or more of the following licensing objectives:
- the prevention of public nuisance
- public safety
- the prevention of crime and disorder
- the protection of children from harm
Current licensing applications
Royal Oak, Alton (word 27 kb) representations must be received by 23 March 2026.
Waitrose Limited, Petersfield (word 46 kb) representations must be received by 13 April 2026.
GM Foods UK Limited, Liphook (word 46 kb) representations must be received by 14 April 2026.
