Councillor Robert Mocatta, portfolio holder for Regeneration and Prosperity (which includes climate and environment) at East Hampshire District Council, said:

“Supporting locally led initiatives is one of the most effective ways to tackle climate change. That's why we've put councillor grant funding into the CCAF pot.

"These projects not only reduce emissions but also build stronger, healthier, and more resilient communities for the future.

"The demand for this fund has been incredible and we are just sorry not to be able to fund all of the worthy projects.”
