How to have your say on a licensing application
Any person or authority wishing to make a representation on a licensing application must do so in writing to the Licensing Office, EHDC, PO Box 310, Petersfield, GU32 9HN by no later than 28 days from the date of notice.
Written representations can also be sent by email to licensing@easthants.gov.uk
Representations must be under one or more of the following licensing objectives:
- the prevention of public nuisance
- public safety
- the prevention of crime and disorder
- the protection of children from harm
Current licensing applications
AlgeBrew, Petersfield (word 25 kb) - representations must be received by 26 February 2026.
Punch Taverns, Alton (word 24 kb) - representations must be received by 6 March 2026.
Valhalla Media, Passfield (word 27 kb) - representations must be received by 9 March 2026.
Jubilee Park, Horndean (word 47 kb) representations must be received by 16 March 2026.
Royal Oak, Alton (word 27 kb) representations must be received by 23 March 2026.
