The application process of the strategic CIL fund is now closed.
The bidding window will reopen on Monday 2nd February 2026. Applications must be submitted by 5pm on Friday 1st May 2026. Applications should be submitted by email to cil@easthants.gov.uk.
Applications must be submitted within this window and any submitted outside this window will not be considered. The bidding window runs annually and the amount of CIL funding available is dependent on the amount of CIL receipts received within the year.
Decisions will be made in line with EHDC’s CIL spending protocol. Any queries regarding the strategic CIL fund should be submitted to cil@easthants.gov.uk.
