This advice note has been produced to provide guidance on development proposals affecting the Wealden Heaths Phase II Special Protection Area (SPA) (including Woolmer Forest Special Area of Conservation (SAC) and Shortheath Common SAC) and the requirements to undertake a Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA) for those parts of East Hampshire District Council outside the South Downs National Park Authority. This advice note produced by the council is endorsed by Natural England.
