- 50 to 100 houses, 5000- 9999sqm commercial, or site of 2-4ha - £1,350
Large scale developments
- 101+ houses, 10,000+sqm commercial, or 4+ha - 10% of the planning application fee
Specialist tree advice
- Written advice - £100
- Site visit - £220
Specialist listed building/conservation area advice
- Written advice - £100
- Site visit - £220
Other pre-application fees
- Development consultation forum - £2,202
- Deed of variation of S106 administration fee (charged in addition to legal fees) - £250
- Statutory planning fees - listed on the planning portal
- Check validity of planning application (personal visitor) - £59

It will only be possible to offer broad advice on the principle of the proposal where limited information is provided. In these cases the extent of our response will be dependant on the level of information you provide.
Additional advice and meetings would be charged at 50% of the the initial fee.
For Parish Councils the pre-application fee will be half those stated above.
