- 50 to 100 houses, 5000- 9999sqm commercial, or site of 2-4ha: written response - £2,900, written response and meeting £3,200
Large scale developments
- 101+ houses, 10,000+sqm commercial, or 4+ha - 10% of the planning application fee

Specialist listed building/conservation area advice

In these cases the extent of our response will depend on the level of information you provide.
For Parish Councils the pre-application fee will be half those stated above.
