The application process of the strategic CIL fund is now closed. Applications will now be considered with outcomes to be made in the Summer of 2026.
Any applicants considering applying to a future funding window should contact cil@easthants.gov.uk where a member of the Developer Contributions team would be happy to discuss your project further.
Applications must be submitted within this window and any submitted outside this window will not be considered. The bidding window runs annually and the amount of CIL funding available is dependent on the amount of CIL receipts received within the year.
Decisions will be made in line with EHDC’s CIL spending protocol. Any queries regarding the strategic CIL fund should be submitted to cil@easthants.gov.uk.
