Creating a new account
You’ll need to register for a new account on our updated system, as old accounts cannot be transferred.
Application notifications
If you receive a notification about an application, please allow up to two hours for all documents to become available. Some require manual processing before they can be viewed. If documents are missing, please check again later.
Applications and comments before the change
Some planning applications and public comments from before the upgrade (27 November 2024) may not have transferred to the new system. However, they can still be accessed in the original system and will still be considered by the planning officer.
Weekly lists
Weekly lists of planning applications are no longer sent by email. Instead, you can view live, updated lists anytime through the new system. You can search applications for the South Downs National Park on their website.
