Service update - Wednesday 24 December
Most bin collections scheduled for today have been completed by our crews.
Unfortunately due to parked cars, some collections in Weyford Close, Bordon were not completed. We will return next week to collect these.

Collection changes over Christmas and New Year
Refuse, recycling and glass collections will change over the Christmas and New Year period, affecting collections from Thursday 25 December to Saturday 17 January. Crews will be out on Saturdays (3 Jan, 10 Jan, 17 Jan). Please check that you have the correct collection day before reporting your bin as missed.
Garden waste collections are suspended from 22 December and will begin again on Monday 5 January in line with your calendar.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to an error, the H8 calendar issued in October says that recycling will be collected on Friday 26 December (Boxing Day). This collection will take place on Tuesday 30 December. We apologise for the inconvenience.
If your bin wasn't collected
If your bin was not collected today and your area isn't included in the service update, please leave it out and report it as missed using your MyEHDC account.
If our provider is behind by the end of the week, they may work on Saturday to catch-up. If your collection was due on Friday and your area is not in the service update above, please report your bin as missed.
Reports must be made before 4pm on the next working day after your collection was due.
If you do not report a missed collection to us within this timeframe, you will have to wait until your next scheduled collection.

Please note, if your bin has been tagged for reasons such as being too heavy or contaminated we will not return until your next scheduled collection. Also, if your bin is not placed on the boundary of your property, or was not out at the correct time (by 6am), it will not be collected and we will not return.
