Service update - Monday 4 November

Our crews have collected the vast majority of the bins scheduled for today, except for some roads on hard to reach rounds (calendars beginning with H) in the following areas due to vehicle problems:

  • Alton (Bow Street, Grove Road, Tower Street)
  • Beech (Kings Hill)
  • Four Marks (Weathermore Lane)
  • Medstead (Boyneswood Lane, Redwood Lane, Stoney Lane)
  • Ropley (Andrews Lane, Gilbert Street)
  • Shalden (New Odiham Road, Stancombe Lane)

Crews will return tomorrow to collect from these roads. Please leave your bin out to avoid being missed.

If your bin wasn't collected

If your bin was not collected today and your area isn't included in the service update, please leave it out and report it as missed using your MyEHDC account.

If our provider is behind by the end of the week, they may work on Saturday to catch-up. If your collection was due on Friday and your area is not in the service update above, please report your bin as missed.

Reports must be made before 4pm on the next working day after your collection was due.

If you do not report a missed collection to us within this timeframe, you will have to wait until your next scheduled collection.

Report a missed bin

Please note, if your bin has been tagged for reasons such as being too heavy or contaminated we will not return until your next scheduled collection. Also, if your bin is not placed on the boundary of your property, or was not out at the correct time (by 6am), it will not be collected and we will not return.

You can also sign up for email bulletins to be informed if there are problems with collections in your area.
