Business rates revaluation 2023

Ratepayers are now able to access the draft rating list 2023 and estimate what their business rates bill might be from 1 April 2023.

Business rates relief

Some properties are eligible for discounts from the local council on their business rates. This is called business rates relief.

Non-payment of business rates

Business rate payments should reach the council on the day that the instalment is due at the latest, this is normally the 1st of the month.

Business rates data sets

We publish a list of all businesses liable for non-domestic rates and this information is published on a quarterly basis.

Paying your business rates

There are several different ways to pay your business rates including direct debit, online and over the phone.

Employees and owners of small businesses (with less than 50 staff) in East Hampshire can obtain free wellbeing support from the experts at Havant and East Hants Mind (HEH Mind).
