Our comprehensive equality policy reflects the public sector equality duty. The duty requires us to publish information regarding local equality issues and set equality objectives.

Employers with 250 or more employees are now required to publish statutory gender pay gap calculations annually.

Crimes committed against someone because of their disability, transgender-identity, race, religion or belief, or sexual orientation are hate crimes and should be reported to the police.
