If you are starting a new food business, or taking over an existing business, it's a good idea to contact the Food and Safety team to make sure you are doing everything right.

Officers from the Food and Safety team carry out various inspections of food premises to ensure food safety.

The food hygiene rating scheme is run by us in East Hampshire, in partnership with the Food Standards Agency.
