East Hampshire District Council is currently reviewing its proposed draft Statement of Principles under the Gambling Act 2005.
We are inviting statutory consultees, other interested parties and stakeholder and the public to provide feedback.
The statement details the position or view that the licensing authority will take on matters relating to the Gambling Act 2005.
Feedback must be received before the six-week consultation period closes on Friday 20 June 2025.
