Contracts with external suppliers

We publish data about the contracts that the council has with external suppliers.

Providing goods or services to the council

We have introduced a new electronic system for ordering or requesting quotes or tenders for any goods, services or works we buy over £10,000 in value (and in some cases below this threshold). This means that in order to supply to us you will need to be registered on the PROACTIS ProContract Portal, and that your response to our request for a quote or tender will need to be submitted via the electronic system.”

If you have already registered on the Proactis Portal, then no further action is required and you should begin to receive notifications of East Hampshire District Council contract opportunities. If you have not yet registered, you will need to do so.

Once registered you will need to add the domain@proactis.com to your safe senders list to ensure that you receive email alerts relating to tender opportunities for your categories.

You will then be able to:

  • Click on Opportunities to view current contract opportunities advertised across the Region
  • Click on Contract Register to view current contracts, this will provide a future view of potential opportunities and timescales
  • Get access to tender information from 100's of other organisations across England that use the ProContract platform
  • Click on User Guides for instructions on using the system and frequently asked questions

If you are experiencing issues using the ProContract website, the Proactis helpdesk on 0330 005 0352 (9am–5:30pm, Mon-Fri) or email procontractsuppliers@proactis.com.

Remember to include as much detail as possible, including your contact information. Please only mark your message ‘urgent’ if it is time sensitive.
